Readiness Assessment Interview
We conduct a one-hour interview with the partner to understand their current sustainability reporting maturity, readiness, and willingness to adopt the GRI Framework.
Statement of Work (SOW) Workshop
Facilitate a detailed workshop over few days to understand the organization's context, material topics, reporting requirements, and project scope.
SOW Review and Project Initiation
The finalized Statement of Work is shared with the partner for review and approval. Once the agreement is signed, we formally commence the engagement.
Frequently asked questions
Can I get the SOW prior to paying for the services?
Yes, you may download our standard SOW by requesting it at the bottom of our website. The final SOW will include our signature, and we will expect you to provide yours as well.
Are taxes included?
No.
You mentioned a discount code. Will it always work?
The discount code is applicable when you choose a subsequent service within a year of your previous one. For example, if you opted for an evaluation 3 months ago and are now selecting data analysis, you will receive a discount. We offer this discount because we are already familiar with your data, which reduces the effort required compared to a new engagement.
Will there be dedicated support during the services?
We appoint a dedicated account manager for each client, who will assist you for up to one year from the service selection date.
Do you come to our office for meetings?
We provide our services online and conduct seminars and public sessions for our customers. However, we are available to visit your office upon additional request.
What will happen to our data after the service period ends?
We securely destroy your data once the service period concludes. This will be clearly outlined in the SOW.
